[Explanations]
**Kuri is marron. Kaki is persimmon. Kiku is chrysanthemum.
Youkan----The main materials are bean paste and sugar. It is hardened with agar etc.
Imoyoukan------Youkan of sweet potato.
Monaka-----Bean paste is put in into the skin which baked the kneaded glutinous rice.
Kurikinton--Cook the marron paste together with white bean paste and sugar.
Kurikanoko-----Kanoko means a deer. Youkan is covered with bean paste, and more, azuki beans and marron which cooked with syrup are put on them.
Ohagi--The dumpling of the cooked rice is covered with bean paste or soybean flour etc..
Kintsuba--Bean paste cut squarely is soaked in the water which melted flour. It is baked by the griddle.
Momoyama----White bean paste, sugar, an egg yolk, and the powder of glutinous rice is mixed. It is shaped and the surface is baked.
Matcha-----Japanese green tea.
