[Explanations]
**Mochi is rice cake. 
Botamochi----The dumpling of the cooked rice is covered with bean paste or soybean flour etc.. The alias of Ohagi.
Sakuramochi------1 is the Tokyo district and 2 is the Osaka district.
Kashiwamochi-----Mochi including Anko(beans paste) is wrapped in the leaf of Kashiwa.
Dorayaki-----The pancakes which sandwiched Anko.
Ichigo Daifuku--The Daifuku which includes a strawberry. Daifuku is the food which wrapped azuki beans paste in the skin of thin Mochi.
Uguisu, Sakura, Haru No Nohara, Fuji--They are the sweets beautifully made from Mochi, azuki beans paste, etc. "Haru No Nohara" means "spring field".
Sakuracha----Hot water on which the cherry blossom (preserved in salt) was floated.
Ryokucha-----Green tea.
