[Explanations]
**Mochi is rice cake. 
Zenzai----The dessert which boiled Mochi and the azuki bean well.
Goheimochi------Mochi which applied peculiar Miso(bean paste) is broiled.
Mamedaifuku-----Daifuku is the food which wrapped azuki beans paste in the skin of thin Mochi. Mamedaifuku contains the beans in the skin.
Isobemaki--Mochi covered with Nori(the dried seaweed) is toasted.
Abekawa-----Mochi covered with Kinako(sou beans powder).
Tsubakimochi--Mochi sandwiched by the leaf of a camellia.
Matsu, Take, Ume, Tsubaki--They are the sweets beautifully made from Mochi, azuki beans paste, etc.
Nyuumen----Somen(the thin noodles made from flour) in the soup.
Zouni-----Soup containing Mochi, vegetables, etc. Japanese people surely eat this in the New Year.
Shougayu-----The hot drink which diluted ginger and honey by hot water.
